Refund Policy

Last updated May 5, 2026

60 days. No questions. No forms. No runaround. We’ve been issuing refunds since 1997 on one rule: ask within 60 days, get refunded.

How to request

Email billing@trustsoft.com. That’s it. You don’t need to explain why, fill out a form, sit on a chat queue, or call anyone. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order.

How fast

We process refunds within 1 business day. Stripe sends the funds back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after that — most cards see the refund in 3–5 days. International cards sometimes take a touch longer.

What you get back

The full amount you paid, in the same currency, to the same payment method. We don’t pro-rate or charge a restocking fee — refund within 60 days = 100% back.

What happens to your unlock code

After a refund, the unlock code we issued for that purchase is voided in our records. The software you installed will continue to function for the current run, but you won’t receive future updates. If you want it again, you’re welcome to re-subscribe.

After 60 days

We can’t guarantee a refund outside the 60-day window, but if something genuinely went wrong (the software doesn’t work on your specific Windows version, you were charged for an unintended renewal, etc.), email us anyway. We’ll do the right thing.

Annual renewals

If your annual subscription auto-renewed and you didn’t mean for it to, the 60-day window starts on the renewal date — not the original purchase date. So you have a full 60 days after each renewal to change your mind.

Chargebacks

Please don’t. Email us first — we’ll refund you faster than your bank will. Filing a chargeback for a transaction we’d have refunded just costs us a $15 dispute fee and slows your refund down.
